Dealership Software uses a variety of tools to connect to your PC so we can assist you.  Tools such as Static IP's, GoToMyPC.com, or VNC.

The fastest and easiest way for our support team to assist you is to have a Static IP address which can be supplied by your internet provider.  Configuration of your Router may need to be applied.  Contact your IT professional for assistance.  Once you have this completed, you need to contact and provide us with your Static IP address.  Please note we will need a username and password set up on your server specifically for our support staff.
