Sales and F&I
Our system allows you to manage your sales efficiently. With the click of a mouse, you know your profit from the Sale of a Vehicle, Service Contracts, Financing, and Insurance. You can quickly reach your customer's monthly payment goal and still achieve your profit margin goals on the front and back end of the deal. Finish the process quickly by printing all the necessary contracts to complete the sale smoothly.

All finalized or "capped" deals are automatically sent to accounting where they are viewed before posting.
Parts & Service
Everything is done efficiently. On one service order you can charge the work to the customer, the dealer, warranty company(s), and/or insurance company(s).
A Supplemental Service Order can be created with one click for all uncompleted tasks. All parts or labor associated with the uncompleted tasks will then move to the new supplemental service order. Having this capability allows the service writer to only have one service order open at any given time.
All information entered in the Service Department is automatically updated to QuickBooks® and all necessary invoices are produced automatically. Customer payments are easily processed into QuickBooks® as well.
When creating and/or updating a Service Order, authorized users will be able to see the estimated profit from Parts and Labor on the Service Order, hidden from the customer's view.
When a Dealer Pay Task is entered on a Service Order, the status, completion date and cost are automatically added to the vehicle Add-Ons for a given vehicle while writing the check.
No handwritten job tickets! By using bar codes and a scanner, the technician's labor can be accurately tracked on the Service Order using our Time Clock feature. This information is used on the Technician Productivity Reports.
Price Catalogs for Parts can be entered by you through a user friendly interface. You will easily be able to find the right part at the right price. Instantly you will know the current status of an inventory item needed to complete a job.
A Service Schedule using ActiveX controls will allow you to easily adjust or drag and drop tasks on the schedule's calendar.
